ID-2 Medical Computer Cart
The ID-2 is built using our market leading battery solution, and comes as standard with our swappable electronics pod ensuring the cart can be kept in service by improving and increasing run times and almost eradicating down time caused by misuse or component failure. Built around the smallest footprint possible, the cart is extremely mobile and lightweight, ideal for busy wards or tight spaces.

Unique Swappable Battery Pod
Our swappable electronics pod ensures carts only need to be out of service for as long as it takes to swap a pod, typically no more than 60 seconds.
For environments without power sockets, or for environments that need 24/7 working capacity. The ID-2 is also available with fully EN60601 certified medical grade Hot Swappable batteries. These batteries can be used to support Trust standard IT hardware meaning there is no need to implement non-standard IT hardware onto the wards, which in many cases is harder to support and maintain.
Infection Control
- Nonporous, amorphous thermoplastic material work surface which also provides complete protection to cart electronics
- Self-contained electronics POD, dust traps and apertures kept to a minimum and the POD can be removed for cleaning if required
- Single piece base which is cleanable both top and bottom with no inaccessible cavities

Energy Efficiency
All our carts are constructed using 80% recycled plastics and these are themselves fully recyclable. All plastic waste material from the manufacturing process is recycled and reused as standard. Even our batteries can be returned to us to be fully recycled!
By doubling the performance of the battery per Wh of power, we can effectively half the amount of electricity used to provide the required level of run times. More impressively, our Eco-Charger system has a huge impact on helping reduce carbon footprint, typical reductions overnight can be as high as 90%.

The ID-2 is a highly flexible solution and can be configured in multiple ways. As a base model, it can be supplied in Non Powered/Hot Swappable form for laptops, and can be scaled all the way to Powered carts with Intelligent Dispensing drawers.
