Unique Swappable Battery Pod

Dramatically Reduce Downtime

Our swappable electronics pod ensures our carts only need to be out of service for as long as it takes to swap a pod, typically no more than a couple of minutes.

Available with Intelligent Access

Whilst our carts are available with traditional door/Pincode locks, we firmly believe this system to be very limited when building a future-proofed and intelligent solution. Some of the issues/limitations of physical Pincode locks are as follows.

Unable to easily tell when a door is left unlocked
Pincodes can become insecure and overshared, so access is not managed
Batteries are unreliable, so locks fail regularly, and create a second administration point
Failed locks can be difficult to replace
Large physical doors can be cumbersome and require more space to use
Pincode locks in the open position are a catch hazard for clothing

Our new Intelligent solution enables drawers to be opened directly from the PC without a physical lock ensuring access is only provided to those who should actually have it and gives the ability to remove access as and when needed.The software can be configured specifically for your requirements, giving you complete freedom over access levels, alarm times, etc.

All our carts are constructed using 80% recycled plastics and
these are themselves fully recyclable. All plastic waste material
from our manufacturing process is recycled and reused as
standard.
Even our batteries can be returned to us to be fully recycled!

By doubling the performance of the battery per Wh of power, we can effectively half the amount of electricity used to provide the required level of run times. More impressively, our Eco-Charger system has a huge impact on helping reduce carbon footprint, typical reductions overnight can be as high as 90%.
